3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

4. Trial period

New accounts may activate a single free trial. Trial access ends automatically at the end of the trial period and does not convert into a paid subscription unless you actively purchase one.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid access is offered as monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions and is processed through our payment provider. Access is granted for the purchased period. Prices are stated on the pricing page and include applicable taxes where required.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until its end date.

7. Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DAILY MARKET DESK is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Service, or attempt unauthorised access.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
