• Consent records: timestamps of accepted terms, privacy policy and risk disclaimer.
• Subscription data: plan, status, period dates and payment references.
• Technical data: log data required to operate and secure the Service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the Service and manage your account (contract performance), to comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to secure and improve the platform (legitimate interest).

4. Payment data

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store full card details. We store only the payment reference, amount, status and date needed for billing records.

5. Processors

We use infrastructure, database, email and payment providers acting as processors under data processing agreements, and market data providers that receive no personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account exists and afterwards only as long as legal retention periods require. Billing records are retained for the statutory period.
